In 25th January 2013 Edhi felt ill and Doctors suggested dialyses for him. Edhi was ill and he declared that after his death his body parts should also be donated to poor people.
His whole life was full of sympathy and truth. He never tried to waste his life in outdoor activities and he spent his whole income in welfare purposes. Edhi sons and daughters also worked hard for Edhi welfare organization as he was ill.
